Boil mixed vegetables and potatoes until soft.

Mash the boiled vegetables and potatoes together.

In a pan, heat butter and sauté chopped onions until golden.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

Stir in bhaji masala and mix well.

Add the mashed vegetables to the pan and combine thoroughly.

Cook for a few minutes, adding water for desired consistency.

Toast pav bread in butter until golden.

Serve bhaji hot with toasted pav, garnished with cilantro and lemon.
