1

Add 1 cup chopped cauliflower, 1 cup chopped raw bananas, 1 cup chopped bottle gourd, and 1 cup green peas into a pressure cooker.

Add some water, mix, close the pressure cooker, and cook for 4 whistles on high flame.

3

Once the 4 whistles are up, remove the pressure cooker from the flame and let it cool down completely before opening it.

4

In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt.

5

Once the butter starts to melt, add 1 finely chopped capsicum and sauté for a few minutes.

6

Next, add 5 finely chopped tomatoes to the pan.

7

Add 1 tablespoon of bhaji masala and 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder to the tomatoes.

8

Add a little salt to help cook the tomatoes quickly and mix well.

9

Cook the tomatoes until they are nice and soft.

10

Open the pressure cooker and mash the cooked vegetables until completely mashed.

11

Add the mashed vegetables to the pan with the cooked tomatoes, mixing them together.

Remove the bhaji from the pan once ready.

16

In the same pan, add more butter to warm up the pav bread.
