1 teaspoon cumin
1 cup onions, chopped
2 cups tomatoes, chopped
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons Pav Bhaji Masala
1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
1 lemon, cut into wedges
1/2 cup onions, for garnish

Add capsicum, green peas, and potatoes to a pressure cooker with a minimum amount of water.

Cook the vegetables in the pressure cooker until they are soft (2 whistles).

In a separate pan, add a generous amount of butter and a small amount of cumin.

Sauté chopped onions in the butter until they are juicy.
