3 potatoes, boiled & mashed
1 green chilli, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves
½ tsp turmeric
Salt, to taste
¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)
2 tsp oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
1 sprig curry leaves
1 cup besan flour (gram flour)
¼ cup rice flour
¼ tsp cooking soda
1 tsp red chilli powder
3 ladi pav (dinner rolls)
5 green chillies
2 tbsp green chutney
2 tbsp tamarind chutney
2 tbsp dry garlic chutney

Take a bowl and add besan flour.

Add cooking soda and mix it well.

Add water little by little to form a thick batter.

Make it to a thick paste without any lumps and keep it aside.

Take a pan and add oil.

Fry on both sides till it turns golden brown and crisp. Drain it on tissue paper.

Take the leftover besan batter and pour it into the hot oil.

Fry on medium flame till the chura turns golden and crisp. Keep aside.

Add green chillies and fry until golden brown and drain out the oil.

Take a ladi pav and slit it in the center.

Place the prepared vada in the center of the pav.
