60g walnuts (roughly chopped)
40g almond flakes
70g yellow & brown raisins
50g goji berries

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, linseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, whole almonds, walnuts, almond flakes, yellow & brown raisins, and goji berries.

In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, coconut oil, table salt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon powder until well combined.

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crunchy.
