Separate 10 egg yolks from the egg whites and reserve the whites.

Add 1 and 1/3 cups of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon to the yolks.

Add 1 cup of brandy and 2/3 cup of vodka to the yolk mixture and mix well.
