3 tsp tea powder
1 cup milk
4 tbsp sugar
1 inch piece ginger

Heat a sauce pan, and add in 2 cups of water. Wait till the water comes to a boil.

Then add clove and cardamom and let it boil for another 1 minute.

Then goes in the tea powder. Let it boil for 3 minutes.

Now add in milk and simmer the flame and let it boil for 3 minutes.

Now add 4 tbsp of sugar and the crushed ginger piece and allow it to boil for a minute.

Now off your flame and filter the tea and serve it hot.
