Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until pale and creamy.
Add vanilla extract and lemon juice to the yolk mixture and mix well.
Slowly pour in the brandy while continuously whisking.
In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the egg yolk mixture until combined.
Season with a pinch of nutmeg and salt to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a bottle or jar and seal tightly.
Refrigerate for at least 24 hours to allow flavors to meld.
Serve chilled in small glasses.
