200 g paneer
1/4 cup cream

Add 1 tbsp of butter to a pan.

Add 1 cinnamon stick, 3 cloves, and 5 green cardamoms to the pan.

Add 1 medium-sized onion and fry for 4 minutes.

Add 0.5 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes away.

Add 3 medium-sized tomatoes and 15 cashew nuts, mix well.

Add 1 cup of water, cover with a lid, and cook for 10 minutes.

Remove the lid, switch off the flame, and let cool.

Transfer to a grinder jar and grind into a smooth paste.

In the same pan, add 2 tbsp of butter and the ground paste.

Add 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of sugar, 0.5 tsp of garam masala powder, and salt to taste, mix well.

Let this cook for 2 minutes.

Add 1/4 cup of water for desired consistency, mix, and cook for another 1 minute.

Add 200 g of paneer and 1/4 cup of cream, mix well, and cook for 3 minutes.

Add 1 tsp of kasuri methi and the dish is ready to be served.
