1 beaten egg

Mix 1.5 cups of tapioca flour and 1 teaspoon of salt in a bowl.

In a saucepan, combine 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and 0.5 cup of milk and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, pour the liquid mixture into the flour and salt mixture and stir until a sticky dough forms.

Let the dough cool for 15 minutes.

Add 1 beaten egg to the cooled dough and mix with your hands until combined.

Add 2 ounces of grated Parmesan cheese to the dough and mix until incorporated.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

Prepare a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

Wet your hands in a bowl of water, pinch off pieces of dough, and place them on the baking tray, leaving space between each ball.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18 minutes, turning the tray halfway through for even baking.
