15g 薄力粉
50g パルメザンチーズ(粉チーズ)
1個 卵
15g オリーブオイル
50g 牛乳

白玉粉を砕く

粉々にした白玉粉に薄力粉、粉チーズ、卵、オリーブオイルを加えてざっくり混ぜます。

大体混ざったら、牛乳を加え、粉っぽさが無くなるまで捏ねます。

まとまったらラップに包んで冷蔵庫で10~20分ぐらい休ませます。

12分割してピンポン玉サイズに丸めます。

180℃のオーブンで20分焼いて出来上がりです。
