160 ml oil (of any choice)
160 ml fresh milk
165 g yellow cheese, cheddar or parmesan
260 g tapioca flour
salt to taste

1. Finely grate the cheese you are using.

2. Mix all the ingredients in the equipment available to you and blend well.

3. Depending on what baking dish you are using, prepare it by greasing it with oil.

4. Pour the mixture into the molds (3/4 to the top) and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.
