100 g cream cheese
1 small clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons cold water

In a bowl, add 500 g of minced lamb.

Add 3 tablespoons of panko breadcrumbs to the bowl.

Finely dice 1/2 of a small onion and add it to the bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of dried mint, 2 teaspoons of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon of ground coriander, and 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and black pepper to the bowl.

Shape the mixture into eight koftas, forming them around skewers into small sausage shapes.

Place the koftas on a grill tray with a wire rack.

Brush the koftas with 1 tablespoon of oil.

Cook under a high heat grill for 6 to 7 minutes, turning a few times during cooking until browned and cooked through.

To make the creamy feta dip, add 200 g of crumbled feta, 100 g of cream cheese, a small clove of minced garlic, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and 3 tablespoons of cold water to a small food processor.
