500g ground lamb
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp olive oil
4 skewers (metal or soaked wooden)

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Cover the mixture and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.

Preheat your grill or broiler to medium-high heat.

Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions and mold each portion around a skewer, pressing it firmly to ensure it holds its shape.

Brush the skewers with olive oil to prevent sticking.
