Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Soak skewers in water if using wooden ones.

Thread marinated lamb onto skewers, alternating with bell peppers and tomatoes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until lamb is cooked to desired doneness.
