300 g boneless chicken
1 small red capsicum
1 small green capsicum
1 medium onion
7–8 garlic cloves
1 tsp paprika powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp sumac powder (optional)

2 tsp oil (for frying)
½ cup hung curd
3 garlic cloves, finely crushed
½ tsp finely chopped coriander stem
½ tsp salt (for yogurt dip)
½ tsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil (for yogurt dip)
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 medium cucumber, sliced
1 small onion, sliced (for salad)
1 green chili, sliced
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

In a chopper, add red and green capsicum, onion, and garlic, chop finely, and remove excess water.
