Add your tea blend to the smaller pot, rinse for a few seconds with water and cover lid.

Fill larger pot with water and put on the stove with the smaller pot placed on top and let the water come to a boil.

Transfer some of the boiling water from the larger pot to the small pot.

Refill the large pot with more water and return to the stove to let it come to a boil once more.

Reduce the heat to low and let the tea simmer for a further 15 minutes or until the tea leaves in the small pot have sunk to the bottom.

Pour 3/4 of cup with the brewed tea and 1/4 of cup with the boiling water.
