Marinate meat with onion, garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, and lemon juice for at least 1 hour.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread marinated meat onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper and tomato pieces.

Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until meat is cooked through and slightly charred.

Remove skewers from grill and let rest for a few minutes.

Serve kebabs with pita bread, yogurt, and fresh parsley.
