Lamb mince + Fat 400 g + 100 g
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Parsley (chopped) 1/4 cup

Yogurt 1 cup

In a bowl add beef mince, lamb mince, fat, onion, parsley, mint leaves, salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder, paprika and mix well. Refrigerate it for 6 hours or overnight.

Take the prepared mixture, place them on skewers giving them kabab shape, grill them until they are fully cooked. Brush oil while grilling. Set aside.

In a blender add yogurt, mint leaves, garlic, lemon juice, cumin seeds, salt, black pepper powder and blend it well. Your raita is ready.

In a bowl add onion, tomatoes, lemon juice, red beans, salt, black pepper, coriander, green chilies and toss well.

Serve with prepared kofta and raita.
