1/2 cup cooking oil
4 pcs cinnamon sticks

200gm onion chopped
5 cloves garlic chopped
6 pcs dry lemon
1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp arabic masala
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
300gm tomato puree
4 tbsp tomato paste
3 liters hot water
4.5 cups basmati rice (soaked before 30 mins)
6 pcs green chilli
2 medium tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 pcs green chilli
coriander leaves
2 tbsp lemon juice

Heat cooking oil in a large pot.

Add the meat with bones and brown it on all sides.

Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.

Stir in the spices: cinnamon sticks, cardamom, bay leaves, cloves, kashmiri chilli powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder.

Add tomato puree and tomato paste, mix well.

Pour in hot water and bring to a boil.

Add the dry lemons and salt to taste, then cover and simmer until the meat is tender.

Once the meat is cooked, remove it and set aside.

Add soaked basmati rice to the pot, stir, and cook until rice is done.

Prepare Daqoos sauce by blending tomatoes, garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves, lemon juice, and salt.

Serve the Kabsa with Daqoos sauce on the side.
