2 teaspoons house R seasoning
1 teaspoon smoked sea salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 cups carrots, chopped
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon edos (cocoa)
2 cups spinach, chopped
1 cup potato dumplings
1 packet Liptin soup mix
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon hio pepper

Wash and clean the salmon, then cut it into big chunks.

Season the salmon with house R seasoning, smoked sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, and smoked paprika.

Let the salmon sit in the marinade for a minute.

Add oil to the pan and pan-sear the salmon for about 1.5 minutes on each side, then remove it from the pan.

Add more oil to the pan, then add onions, ginger, celery, and garlic, stirring to combine.

Add the edos (cocoa) to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add stock to the pan and stir well.

Add spinach and potato dumplings to the soup.

Add one pack of Liptin soup mix and adjust the taste as needed.

Add the undercooked salmon back into the soup after about 20 minutes of cooking.
