Add 1 cup of cooking cream to a bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of bread crumbs to the cream and let them sit to thicken.
Chop 2 onions into small pieces.
Combine the minced meat and onions with the swollen bread crumbs in a larger bowl.
Add 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of all spice, black pepper, and a pinch of white pepper to the mixture.
Mix everything well until consistent and slightly changed in color.
Wet hands with water and form meatballs of equal size on baking paper.
Bake the meatballs in the oven at 425°F for about 15 minutes.
Peel and cut 2 lbs of potatoes into smaller pieces for faster cooking.
Add potatoes to boiling salted water and cook for about 15 minutes with the lid slightly open.
While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the meatballs by adding 2 eggs to the mixture and mixing again.
In a pan, add oil and a couple of tablespoons of butter to fry the meatballs after baking for added flavor.
Once the potatoes are cooked, add 2-3 tablespoons of butter and 1 cup of milk to them and let sit.
In another pan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter and add 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, cooking until brown.
Gradually add water to the flour mixture while stirring to avoid clumps until the desired thickness is achieved.
Mash the potatoes with the milk and butter, tasting and adding salt as needed.
If the brown sauce isn't dark enough, add soy sauce to adjust the color.
