500-600gr. skin-on salmon filet
50gr. unsalted butter
2 small leek, sliced
1.20I fish broth
450gr.potatoes, peeled and diced
1 large carrot, diced
10g fresh dill for garnish
250ml heavy cream
salt

Melt the unsalted butter in a pot.

Add the sliced leeks and sauté until soft.
