1

Mash 1 large boiled potato well.

2

Add 200 g baby prawns to the potato. If you don't have baby prawns, take regular prawns and chop them finely.

3

Add 1/2 cup rice flour, 1 1/2 tablespoons tamarind pulp, 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon semolina, and 1 chopped onion to the mixture.

4

Add 1 teaspoon coriander cumin powder, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 to 2 chopped green chilies, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, and 1 teaspoon coriander chili paste.

5

Add salt to taste, 1 tablespoon Kashmiri chili powder, and 1/4 teaspoon garam masala.

6

Add a handful of chopped fresh coriander leaves.

7

Immerse bread slices in water and squeeze out the water, then combine with the mixture. Do not add additional water.

8

Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and beat well. Keep aside for later use.

9

Grease your palms with oil and take a handful of the mixture to make balls.

10

Repeat the ball-making process for all the mixture.

11

Refrigerate the balls for some time to help handle them easily.

12

Dip each ball into the beaten eggs, coating well.

13

Coat each ball with breadcrumbs after dipping in the eggs.

14

Repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating for all the balls.

15

Refrigerate the coated balls for 10 minutes.

16

Heat oil for frying in a pan.

17

Place the prawn balls in the hot oil and fry for 4 to 5 minutes on each side over low-medium flame.

18

Flip the balls and cook from the other side until crisp and golden brown.

19

Once done, remove the balls from the oil and dish out.
