4 Green Cardamom (crushed)

300g Mawa/Khoya
150g Chenna/Paneer
75g Maida/All-purpose flour
1 tbsp Semolina/Sooji
1 tsp Cardamom powder
Finely chopped Cashews
Finely chopped Pistachios
Chironji
1 tsp Sugar
1-2 drops saffron food color (optional)

Prepare the sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water together with crushed green cardamom and saffron strands until sticky like honey.

In a mixing bowl, combine mawa, chenna, maida, semolina, and cardamom powder to form a dough.

Divide the dough into small portions and stuff each with a mixture of finely chopped cashews, pistachios, chironji, and sugar.

Shape the stuffed portions into smooth balls.

Heat oil in a pan on low flame and test one ball first to ensure proper frying temperature.

Fry the balls in medium hot oil until they are golden brown and cooked through.
