25 gm Paneer (Indian cottage cheese)
2 tbsp All purpose flour (maida)
2 pinch Baking soda
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
1 tbsp Powdered sugar or normal sugar
15 Small sugar balls (ready made) (optional)
150 gm Sugar
Cooking oil or ghee for frying

Prepare the dough by mixing mawa, paneer, all purpose flour, baking soda, cardamom powder, and powdered sugar until smooth.

Form small balls from the dough, optionally adding small sugar balls inside each ball.

Heat cooking oil or ghee in a pan for frying.

Fry the balls until they are golden brown and cooked through.
