1 cup chana
1/4 cup milk powder
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp suji
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup baking soda
1 tbsp ghee
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
pinch of cardamom powder

Mix chana, milk powder, flour, corn flour, suji, sugar, baking soda, and ghee well.

Knead the mixture for 5 minutes, adding water if needed to form a soft smooth dough.

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

Grease hands with lukewarm oil and shape the dough into small balls.

Fry the balls in hot oil until they turn dark brown.

Let the sweets cool down completely.

In a pot, combine 1 cup sugar and 2 cups water and let it boil.

Add a pinch of cardamom powder to the boiling syrup.

Add the cooled sweets to the syrup, cover, and cook on high flame for 10 minutes.

Cover and let it rest for 4-6 hours.

Sprinkle milk powder on top before serving.
