4 tbsp Plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp baking soda
milk as required

1 1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp rose water
5-6 drops lemon juice

Prepare the sugar syrup by combining sugar, water, cardamom, rose water, and lemon juice in a pot. Heat until the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens slightly.

In a mixing bowl, combine milk powder, ghee, plain flour, and baking soda. Mix well.

Add milk gradually to the dry ingredients and knead to form a soft dough.

Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into balls.

Heat ghee in a pan for deep frying. Once hot, carefully add the balls and fry until they turn dark brown.

Remove the fried balls and soak them in the prepared sugar syrup.
