250gms Milk khoya
50 gms All-purpose flour
½ tsp Cooking soda
250gms Sugar
Water - As required
1 tsp Cardamom powder
1 Lemon juice
5 tsp Milk
Oil - As required

Take milk khoya, add all-purpose flour, cooking soda and mix it well.

Add milk and mix it well to make a soft dough, then divide them into small balls.

Take some Khoya in a plate, add cardamom powder, saffron, sugar and mix it well.

Stuff the mixture into the khoya dough and make bullet-shaped dumplings.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the khoya dumplings in medium hot oil till they turn brown in color.

In another pan, add sugar and water and boil to make the sugar syrup into one string consistency.

Add cardamom powder and lemon juice to the sugar syrup and mix it, then keep aside.

Add the fried dumplings to the sugar syrup and let them rest for 30 minutes.
