Make the sugar syrup (Chashni) by combining water, sugar, lemon juice, cardamom, and rose water in a pot and boiling until it reaches a syrup consistency.

Prepare the Kala Jamun dough by mixing khoya, paneer, powdered sugar, baking powder, and all-purpose flour until a smooth dough forms.

Shape the dough into small balls weighing approximately 30 grams each.

Deep-fry the shaped jamun balls in hot oil until they are golden brown.

Dip the fried jamun balls in the prepared sugar syrup and let them soak for a while before serving.
