Season the goat meat with salt, jerk seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, goat curry powder, and Jamaican curry powder.

Blend garlic, onion, thyme, and scotch bonnet pepper to create a green seasoning.

Mix the green seasoning with the goat meat and allow it to marinate for at least 1 hour.

After marinating, heat cooking oil in a Dutch pot and add some curry powder to toast it.

Cover the pot and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes to allow the meat to create its own juices.

Add hot water to the pot, cover, and cook on low heat for about 45 minutes to 1 hour until the meat is tender.
