1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon shrimp powder
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon shrimp seasoning
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 cups long-grain rice
2 cups goat meat broth
2 cups water
