3 cups Egusi (Melon Seed)
200g Ugwu (Pumpkin Leaves)
½ Cup Palm Oil
600g Goat Meat (Mutton)
300g Cow Skin (Ponmo)
150g Stock Fish
1 cup Periwinkle
150g Smoked Fish
1 large Onion
2 tbsp Scotch Bonnets
3 tbsp Crayfish
⅓ tsp Black Pepper
⅓ tsp Paprika
⅓ tsp Thyme
3 Boullion cube

Mix ground melon seeds (egusi) with chopped onion and a bit of water to create a paste.

Boil goat meat until tender.
