1 lb goat meat
1 lb cow foot
1 cup palm oil
1 lb kpomo
4 oz dry fish
2 tablespoons cray fish
2 cups beef broth
1 cup blended pepper mix (tomatoes, bell pepper, hot pepper & onions)
2 seasoning cubes
2 cups spinach
