1

Start with goat meat and cow skin (sharky).

2

Add salt, seasoning cubes, black and white pepper, chopped onion, blended chili, and chicken flavor.

3

Rinse the blender to get all the ingredients into the pot.

4

Cover and steam the meat to let it release its own juice.

5

After a few minutes, check for a rich liquid meat broth.

6

Add a bit more water and let it cook properly.

7

Dissolve the blended egusi in water, season with some magi, mix properly, and set aside to swell.

8

Check the pot; the meat should be softening nicely.

9

Add cow skin and dried fish to the pot.

10

Add enough water and let everything cook together, mixing gently and covering the pot to continue cooking.

11

In another pot, heat palm oil and add onions, frying a bit.

12

Add blended chili to the palm oil and onions.

13

Bring in the soaked egusi and fry on low heat, keeping an eye on it to prevent burning.

14

Add crayfish for deep flavor.

15

Add the fried egusi into the meat pot.

16

Add enough water to cook the egusi and mix properly.

17

Taste for seasoning and adjust with salt or seasoning cubes as needed.

Add smoked mackerel and prawns for extra flavor, stirring gently to combine.

19

Add a little more water and cover to let it simmer.

20

Finally, add blended bitter leaf or any vegetable of your choice, stir, and allow to cook for a few more minutes.
