1 piece stock fish
1 piece dry fish
2 Scotch Bonnet peppers
1/2 cup crayfish
1 1/2 tablespoons palm oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh pepper
1/2 Maggi Cube

Wash the cow skin and beef thoroughly with water and salt.

Scrape the back of the cow skin to clean it.

Season the cow skin and beef with beef seasoning cubes and salt.

Add water and cook the cow skin and beef on medium heat.

Blend the egusi with 2 Scotch Bonnet peppers and water until smooth.

Add the blended egusi to the pot with the cooked meat and cow skin.

Allow the egusi to cook for a few minutes until thick.

Stir the egusi to prevent burning and mix well.

Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of palm oil to the pot and mix thoroughly.

Cover the pot and let it simmer for a few minutes.

Add the crayfish and the blended ogu bay paste to the pot.

Mix everything thoroughly and adjust the pepper to taste.

Add half a Maggi Cube and the cooked proteins (cow skin, beef, stock fish).

Mix well to combine all ingredients.

Cover the pot and cook for a few more minutes.

Add water to lighten the soup if it is too thick.

Add the washed ozusa leaf (fresh or frozen) to the pot and mix well.
