1 tablespoon uziza seeds (crushed)
1 cup uziza leaves (chopped)
1 tablespoon dried pepper
1 tablespoon habanero pepper (chopped)
2 cubes maggi seasoning

Prepare the stockfish, cowleg, cow tripe/shaki, kpomo, smoke turkey, heck fish, and dried fish by washing and cutting them into manageable pieces.
