1/2 cup chopped spring onions
1/2 tsp scorpion pepper (or to taste)
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1 large egg
1/2 tsp salt

Wash the green plantains properly.

Cut the plantains into cubes for easy blending.

Add two scorpion peppers and four garlic cloves to the plantains before blending. Garlic is optional.
