Peel the 3 small plantains.

Grate the plantains into a bowl.

Add 2 cups of the grated plantains into a smoothie cup.

Add 2 tablespoons of water and blend until smooth.

Add an extra 2 tablespoons of water to achieve a nice smooth puree and mix it up.

Add the seasonings: 1 tablespoon onion, 1 tablespoon seasoning pepper, 1 tablespoon side, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, and 1 teaspoon baking powder.

Mix everything together until well combined.

Heat oil in a pan for frying.

Add the mixture to the hot oil and fry until golden brown.

Drain the fried accra on a tissue plate.
