1 tsp chili flakes
2 tsp cumin powder

4 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch ginger, grated
1 kg lamb chop, cut into chunks
2 tbsp olive oil
2 large onions, sliced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp peppercorn, crushed
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup vegetable stock
2 cups plain yogurt

Put the lamb loin cubes in a bowl.

Add the yogurt, garam masala, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix.

Put the diced onion in a bowl, along with ginger, garlic, sugar, cumin, white peppercorns, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the olive oil and give the mixture a good stir.

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and add the onion mixture.

Cook stirring often until the onion softens and turns golden.
