2 Litres of DOUBLE TONED MILK
Juice of 3 LEMONS
3 tbsp of VINEGAR

Heat the double toned milk in a pot until it comes to a boil.

Once boiling, add the lemon juice or vinegar to the milk and stir gently until the milk curdles.

Remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes to allow the curds to form.

Strain the curds using a muslin cloth or fine sieve to separate the whey from the curds.

Rinse the curds under cold water to remove the acidity from the lemon or vinegar.

Gather the cloth and squeeze out excess water from the curds.

Shape the curds into a block and press it down to form paneer.
