Let the lamb chops sit for 10 minutes.
Place the lamb chops in the air fryer tray/basket.
Air fry at 180ºC for 25 minutes.
Flip the lamb chops and air fry for another 10 minutes.
Serve with a stir-fry made from 1 large onion, 1 large tomato, a handful of chopped coriander, and some sliced ginger, stir-fried on high heat with salt and paprika.
