400 grams paneer
30 grams corn flour
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons ketchup
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili
1 tablespoon lemon juice
700 milliliters water
1 teaspoon oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
150 grams noodles
400 milliliters water
oil for frying
green spring onions for garnishing

On a board, place 400 grams paneer and cut it into pieces. Keep aside.

In a bowl, add 30 grams corn flour, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons ketchup, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix it well.

Add paneer and mix it well. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Take a pan, add 700 milliliters water, 1 teaspoon oil, 1/8 teaspoon salt and bring it to a boil.

Add 150 grams noodles and boil for 7 - 8 minutes.

Remove it from heat and strain it.

Take marinated paneer and coat it with corn flour.

Roll it with boiled noodles.

Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.

Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.
