Prepare the Maggi noodles by boiling them in 125 ml of water with 2 tsp of oil until cooked, then drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp of cornflour with the cooked Maggi noodles to coat them.

For marination, in another bowl, combine 6-8 finger slices of cottage cheese with 2 tbsp of refined flour, 2 tbsp of chili garlic paste, 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of ketchup, the Maggi taste maker, 1/4 tsp of pepper, and salt to taste. Add 2-3 tbsp of water to achieve a marination consistency.

Coat the marinated cottage cheese slices with the cornflour-coated Maggi noodles.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the coated cottage cheese slices until golden brown and crispy.
