1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon water

Take a nice wide wok or kadhai and add 2 to 3 teaspoons of oil.

Once the oil is heated, add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic.

Add the vegetables one after the other, starting with 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of green bell pepper cut into wedges, 1 cup of red bell pepper, and 1 cup of yellow bell pepper.

Add 1 onion cut into wedges and a bowl of broccoli pieces.

Stir fry the vegetables for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Add 200 grams of paneer cubes and keep the flame on low; mix everything together.

Season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

Adjust the seasoning according to taste and add 1 tablespoon of water.

Maintain the flame on low and toss all the vegetables to get a little moisture to cook them.

Close the kadhai and cook for about 5 minutes on low flame.

After 5 minutes, check that the vegetables are cooked perfectly and finally add some spring onion greens.
