Heat 1/2 cup oil in a pan.

Add 2-3 finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn pinkish.

Add black pepper and cloves to the onions.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears.

Add the meat and sauté until well browned.

Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder.

Add 3 finely chopped tomatoes and sauté until they blend with the onion mixture.

Cook for about 1.5 hours on low heat without adding water, allowing the flavors to meld.

After 5-10 minutes, cover and let it simmer without adding water.
