1 cup pimiento
2 cups tomate
1 cup cebolla blanca
1/2 cup cilantro
1 tablespoon aliño de anís
1 tablespoon achiote
2 lbs chivo
1 cup naranjilla
1 teaspoon pimienta de dulce
1 tablespoon azúcar
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups papa chola
1 avocado
2 cups arroz
