Cream together 140 g of butter and 160 g of sugar.
Break in 2 eggs and mix lightly.
Add 16 g of yeast and give it a light mix.
Pour in 200 ml of milk and mix well.
Add 400 g of flour and mix until it forms a sticky dough ball.
Cover the dough with cling film and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Knead the dough slightly after it has risen.
Rub some oil on hands and surface, then knead the dough.
Take portions of the dough and shape them into little buns.
Leave the shaped buns to prove for about 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Bake the buns for 7 minutes, then take them out and brush with oil.
Return the buns to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
