2 tbsp raisins
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup water

Add 1/2 cup of melted ghee to a frying pan

Add 1 1/2 cups of basin flour and mix on low heat until golden brown and smooth, about 30 minutes

Scoop the mixture into a large mixing bowl and set aside

Add another 1/2 cup of melted ghee to the pan

Add 1 1/2 cups of suji and mix on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes until toasty

Combine the suji mixture with the basin mixture in the mixing bowl

Add 1 tbsp of ghee to the pan and roast 2 tbsp of cashew pieces and 2 tbsp of raisins on medium heat until golden brown

Add the roasted nuts and raisins to the mixing bowl

Add 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix well

In the pan, add 1 1/2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water, mixing continuously until it forms a single thread

Pour the mixture from the mixing bowl into the sugar mixture and stir over medium heat until blended

Pour back into the mixing bowl and let cool for about 20 minutes until warm

Shape into ladoos while still warm, greasing palms with ghee to prevent sticking

Let the ladoos set for a few minutes before storing in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks
