1

Add 1/2 cup of granulated white sugar to a bowl.

2

Add a few cardamom seeds to the sugar and blend to make powdered sugar.

3

Roast chopped cashew nuts in a pan until golden, then remove and set aside.

4

In the same pan, add 1/4 cup of ghee and heat it.

5

Add 2 cups of gram flour (besan) to the pan with ghee.

6

Cook the besan on medium-low flame for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.

7

After 5 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of ghee to the besan and mix well.

8

After another 5 minutes, add another teaspoon of ghee and continue cooking.

9

After 10 minutes, add a total of 4 teaspoons of ghee at intervals, mixing until the flour forms lumps and ghee begins to release.

10

Once cooked, turn off the stove and transfer the mixture to a bowl to cool to room temperature.

11

Once cooled, add 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar to the besan mixture and mix thoroughly.

12

Crumble the mixture with your palms while it is still warm, ensuring it doesn't cool too much.

13

Gradually add melted ghee to the mixture until it binds into a dough-like consistency.

14

Add the roasted chopped cashew nuts to the mixture and mix in gradually.

15

Take a little ghee and apply it to your palms, then take a portion of the mixture and roll it into small ladoos.
